Amazon Mechanical Turk or MTurk is a freelance workplace run by Amazon.com. There are two kinds of users at MTurk, requesters and workers. Requesters are the ones who request workers to complete tasks. A task is known as a HIT (Human Intelligence Tasks) at MTurk. Workers need to complete these HITs to earn money. Once approved to the MTurk program, workers can search for HITs, reserve those HITs, complete them and collect payment once the HIT is approved by the Requester.

GetAFreelancer.com is a freelancing website where one can bid for projects of his/her expertise. It’s free to join GetAFreelancer.com. For every project you win and complete, they charge 10% of what you get from the project or $5, whichever is higher. There are two types of membership that this site offers, free and gold membership. Free members can bid for a maximum of 30 projects a month and it is unlimited for Gold members. Also, if you are a Gold member, you need to pay only monthly fees ($12) and no commissions on the completed projects. You can always be a free member at this site and still earn a good amount. If you join them and are satisfied, you can upgrade to gold membership anytime by paying the $12 monthly fees. I recommend this website for those who are searching the Internet for a good and consistent work from home opportunity.
