BuySellAds.com is a flat rate ad network. It does not pay you on a CPC or a CPM basis, it pays you a flat rate on a monthly basis. Signing up with BuySellAds.com is easy. After you sign up and login, you will be presented with a very nice interface. I joined BuySellAds a few months back when it was still in private beta and back then, they had an old interface. While the old interface was also nicely laid out, the new one is outstanding. After you login, you need to submit your website to them. Websites are called “Properties” inside BuySellAds.com.
When you submit your website, you will be asked to submit a description and few keywords for your site. Advertisers will find your site via your keywords and read your description while buying ads on your site, so don’t hurry and add a bad description for your site. Make your description strong and your keywords relevant. You can also submit your RSS feed URL, twitter handle, site’s favicon and site’s screenshot while submitting your site.
After you submit your website, it needs to get approved by the folks at BuySellAds.com. After your website gets approved, it’s time for you to set up your ad zones. Ad zones are the zones on your website where the ads will appear. While doing this, you need to specify the size of the ad you are willing to place on your website. You will also need to specify the number of ads you want to show and the price you want to charge for each ad. When I joined them, the minimum that a publisher could charge for an ad on his/her website was $5, now it’s been increased to $10. You will be able to keep 75% of this amount while the remaining 25% will go to BSA (BuySellAds).
After you have set up ad zones for your site, you will be given a JavaScript code to copy and paste on your website at the position where you want ads from BSA to appear.
After you have setup the js code on your website, your site will start appearing in the BSA directory and will be accessible to the advertisers. Each website details page will show the site’s description, keywords along with other auto-generated data like: Alexa rank, complete rank, number of delicious bookmarks, number of yahoo inbound links, number of RSS subscribers and number of twitter followers.
That’s it. After you have done the above correctly, BSA will send you an email whenever someone wants to place ads on your website. You can disapprove new ads if you have not checked the “auto approve ads” while creating your ad zones. However, it’s better to check that option while creating your ad zones so that everything will be in auto-pilot and you needn’t worry about anything else other than cashing out your money. BuySellAds’ motto is to free publishers from hassles, so it’s better to let BSA take care of everything, ain’t it?
What’s the minimum payout and how do they pay?
They pay via PayPal, Check and Wire Transfer and cashouts need to be manually asked for. For PayPal and Check cashouts, BSA does not mention any minimum payout amount, however the minimum balance for Wire Transfer cashout is $500.
Cashout via PayPal is done once every 2-3 days and each user is permitted up to 2 PayPal cashouts per month. Similarly cashout via Check is done once per week and each user is permitted one check cashout per month. Cashout via Wire Transfer is done once per week and there is a $35 fee each time you cashout via Wire Transfer.
I am currently selling only one 125 X 125 ad space at my blog via BSA. I will increase this to 6 125 X 125 ad spaces in the future because I absolutely love BSA. I love the fact that I don’t have to spend time finding and contacting advertisers and I can focus more on adding content to my blog.
Here’s the sign up link to BuySellAds.com once again.

I had not heard of them before I will check it out for sure. PPC is good but knowing you will get something each month is better. I wonder what the age of the blog needs to be to qualify?
