This means Pepperjam distributes payments by PayPal only upon special request. Because of this fact, their standard user interface does not show PayPal as a payment option.

Pepperjam’s website does not make it clear as to what will be the payment options available to super affiliates neither does it state criteria to acquire a super affiliate status except disclosing that a super affiliate is the one who has “a track record of generating volume”. Volume of leads or sales or both is not made clear.
