MaxBounty is a very reputed affiliate network that has been in business since 2004. As their name suggests, they really have the highest affiliates payout in the industry. I have always found that the same offers in other Affiliate Networks always pay less than what they pay at MaxBounty. This is because MaxBounty transfers major part of their earnings from advertisers to publishers.
Programs available to promote:
Both Cost Per Sale and Cost Per Lead Programs are available at MaxBounty for affiliates to promote. Lead generation offers are the best to start with as they are the easier ones and as you start doing good at generating leads, you can move to the offers that require you to generate sales in order to receive commissions. Most often, sales pay more than leads.
Their interface is very simple and anyone with a fair bit of browsing experience on the Internet should be able to handle their interface with ease. In fact, I haven’t found any other affiliate programs with such an easy to use interface as MaxBounty. It’s classical and easy to use, however it lacks some features that advanced affiliates would want.
Statistics reports are shown in real time, meaning there should be no delay between when a lead/sale is generated and when you can see it in your statistics.
Sub-id tracking and email marketing is also possible.

Affiliates can refer other affiliates to sign up with MaxBounty and earn 5% of their earnings for the first 12 months.

Payments are fast. They payout to affiliates on a net 15 day schedule. So, affiliates only need to wait for 15 days to get their money of the previous month.
