This means that if you have a total of 10 searches for a particular month, Scour will award you with 10 entries for the Scour Giveaway Contest of that particular month. As a bonus, Scour will also award you 1 additional Scour Entry for every 4 searches that your referrals conduct. That means that the more that you and your referrals search on Scour, the more entries you will receive with a daily max of 50 entries per day.
